Terms of Service

Stackly is a file workspace with an AI assistant. You upload files, we help organize and extract them, and you can ask an AI questions grounded in your own file content. For organizations, Stackly adds a hierarchical team structure — branches — where each member sees their own branch and everything beneath it, never above or sideways.

Stackly's AI features work by connecting your own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google ("BYOK"). When you provide a key, your questions and relevant file excerpts are sent directly to that provider to generate a response — subject to that provider's own terms, not ours. We do not store your API key on our servers; it's held in your browser and sent with each request. You are responsible for any usage costs that provider charges you.

Without a key configured, Stackly falls back to a limited local demo responder that does not send your data to any third-party AI provider.

• You need an account to store files on our servers or join an organization.
• Organization owners and admins can invite members, create and rearrange branches, and manage member roles. Access to files is enforced by branch: a member can see their branch and everything below it, never above it or in a sibling branch.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Files you upload are stored on our infrastructure (currently backed by Supabase) unless you connect your own cloud storage provider (like Google Drive), in which case files may be read from or written to that provider instead. "Fullhold-hosted storage" as a dedicated paid product is planned but not yet a marketed, billed feature — today, server-side storage is the functional default for accounts that don't connect their own provider.

You agree not to use Stackly to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to store or share.
• Attempt to access another user's account, organization, or branch without authorization.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the service without our permission, outside of a disclosed responsible-disclosure report.
• Use the service to violate any applicable law.

Some features require a paid plan, billed per seat (organizations) or as a one-time purchase (the individual "Fullhold License"). Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled; the one-time license does not renew or expire. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Organization owners are responsible for the consequences of removing their organization, including loss of access for all members.

Stackly is provided "as is" during this early stage of the product. We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Fullhold's liability for any claim relating to Stackly is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
